Purification Methods 

When selecting a purification method for oligonucleotide synthesis, it is essential to consider factors such as oligo length, modifications, as well as intended application and yield. We provide a range of customizable purification options to enhance quality and remove synthesis by-products. The higher the targeted quality of the oligonucleotides, the less yield is produced for a given scale and length.

Purification Methods

We offer a range of purification options and allow customers to request combinations to optimize product quality and effectively eliminate synthesis by-products. For optimal reproducibility, we recommend RP-HPLC purification for oligonucleotides 25 bases or longer, as well as for all modified oligonucleotides and those intended for diagnostic applications.
