The complexity of the modifications, the desired yield, and the quantity of the order.

The typical production times for various types of oligonucleotides are as follows:

• Primers: Average production time is 3 business days, ranging from 3 to 5 days depending on yield and order volume.
• Probes: Average production time is 5 business days, typically ranging from 5 to 10 days depending on the level of modification, yield and order volume.
• siRNA oligos: Average production time is 10 days (range: 7–15 working days) for 96-well plate synthesis for lead generation (screening) or 50 mg quantities.
• TRImer oligos: Production takes a minimum of 7 working days for simple, single oligos, with timelines varying based on scale and the variety of TRImer mixed in the order.

Note: Larger orders and complex modifications may require additional production time.
