TRImer Oligos
The use of 2′-deoxynucleoside TRImer phosphoramidites provides an efficient and effective approach to oligonucleotide-directed mutagenesis.
By eliminating codon bias and avoiding stop codons, TRImer-oligonucleotide libraries allow for greater control over codon abundance, making them a valuable tool for exploring functional protein regions.

Length
We offer oligonucleotide synthesis ranging from 2 to 150 nucleotides. The synthesis of very short oligonucleotides may present challenges in precipitation, while those exceeding 140 nucleotides may exceed mass spectrometry limits for quality control.

Production Time and Delivery
Custom oligo production times vary based on modification complexity, yield, and order size. More complex modifications and higher yields may require additional time. Shipment options include FedEx for both national (in Germany) and international deliveries, with the choice of dry ice or blue ice (gel packs) for temperature-sensitive shipments.
